Terms 

Flea And Tick

Client is responsible for keeping their pet(s) Flea and tick Free. If a Flea and Tick is found on your pet, a de-bug fee of $15/30 will be added, Head2Paws will administer a Flea and Tick shampoo to eradicate the fleas in order to maintain salon sanitation. 

 

Pre- Existing Conditions

Head2paws first priority is your pets safety and comfort. During your pets appointment i will access your pets skin, ears, teeth. Head2paws will inform client with any concerns Head2paws may find. Head2paws is not responsible for any pre-existing medical conditions or possible adverse effects from matted or Neglected coat such as; Clipper/Brush irritation, cuts or nicks and/or abrasions due to moles, skin-tags or open/ healing sores.

 

Safety/Pet Behavior

Head2Paws is a NO BITE ZONE

Client is responsible to inform Head2paws of any

Aggressive tendencies. If Pet Shows any aggressive behavior services will stop immediately, Client is responsible for a $30 trip fee, Client will also be responsible for any bites or property damage caused by their pet(s).

 

Cancelation/No-show/Trip Fee

On rare Occasions Head2paws may need to cancel your appointment due to equipment failure, weather, illness, etc. Every effort will be made to contact client in advance to reschedule. If client cannot keep their appointment please contact us At Least 48 hours in advance. NoCall/ No show may result in inability to book future appointments. Cancellations under 48 hours is %50 service fee. 

 

Veterinary Information

Head2paws trusts their clients to make responsible choices for their pets, state of Texas requires pets to have their Rabies Vaccination. Head2paws encourages clients to follow Veterinarians Guidance. Head2paws cleans and disinfects between each household; to provide service to a variety of clients.

 

Appointment Times

An appointment time is truly an estimate of arrival; arrival time will be in a 1-2 hour time span. If Client is unavailable at arrival; appointment will be subject to change. As a mobile service, our schedule is subject to change due to interruptions and delays, such as but not limited to: Refueling, traffic, driving distance or overage from previous appointment. If Head2paws feels they will run more than 15 minutes, early or late, Head2paws may call or text ahead.

 

Payment

Payment is due day of service. We are available for in person payment or online payment through square invoice, all major credit/ debit cards are accepted. 

No Checks or Venmo. If payment is not made within 24 hours of receiving invoice a $15 late payment fee is applied, any additional week goes unpaid $15 is continued per week.
